Located at 7200 Independence Parkway Suite #244, the leading franchise concept's new store marks its third Dallas-Fort Worth area location and 18th in the state, and is fueled by the brand's ongoing growth efforts in Texas. The Plano Pinch A Penny will be owned and operated by first-time franchisee Lisa Ifland, who joins Pinch A Penny after spending nearly two decades in the foodservice industry.
